NOTE From Next Step Produce: We will be taking two weeks off from market, and then resuming on a one-week-on one-week-off basis. So, the next time you receive a veggie list from us will be December 30th, and then January 6th and every other week from then on until we resume market on a weekly basis in March. Some items can easily hold for weeks such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, winter squash, garlic, sunchokes, radishes, even leeks, and we have been told that some of our fresh greens sometimes keep for two weeks (they are harvested just a day or so before Sunday after all, very unlike anything purchased in a store!)
